Festival Payment Policy

A non‑refundable deposit is required to secure all festival bookings, pitches, or participation spaces.

 

All remaining payments must be made in full prior to 13 May, unless an invoice clearly states an alternative due date. Where no alternative date is provided, all payments must be completed before the weekend of the festival.

 

Check‑in, access to the festival site, and participation will only be permitted once full payment has been received and cleared.
