1. Terms & Conditions of Entry

• Entry requirements (e.g. wristbands, age restrictions)

• Rules around alcohol, drugs, and prohibited items

• Behaviour expectations (respectful conduct, no harassment)

• Refunds and cancellations

 

2. Privacy Policy (GDPR compliant)

• What personal data you collect (tickets, forms, mailing list)

• How you use and store data

• Third-party sharing (if any, e.g. payment processors)

• How users can request deletion or correction

 

3. Cookie Policy

• Explain what cookies your site uses (analytics, functional, marketing)

• Provide an option for visitors to manage consent (usually Wix handles this with a built-in banner)

 

4. Health & Safety Policy

• First aid provision on-site

• Fire safety / emergency evacuation procedures

• Weather contingency plan

• Accessibility information (paths, toilets, glamping options)

 

5. Safeguarding & Child Protection Policy

• Your approach to child safety (even if it’s a mostly adult event, you said kids may attend)

• Lost child protocol

• Rules for photography of under-18s

 

6. Photography & Media Policy

• Who owns image rights (artists, models, event photographers)

• Consent requirements (e.g. wristbands indicating photo permission or no-photos)

• How photos/videos may be used by the festival

 

7. Allergen & Food Safety Policy

• Statement on catering responsibility (since food is provided by venue manager)

• Advice for attendees to disclose allergies/preferences in advance

• Disclaimer if you cannot guarantee cross-contamination

 

8. Environmental / Sustainability Policy (optional but good for PR)

• Waste management (bins, recycling, glitter policy if biodegradable)

• Encouragement to car share, use reusable bottles, etc.

 

9. Accessibility Statement

• What facilities are available for disabled guests (toilets, ramps, parking)

• Contact info for additional support requests

 

10. Insurance & Liability Disclaimer

• Confirmation you have public liability insurance

• Statement that attendees participate at their own risk (especially for bouncy castles, body painting, and glamping)
