Ticket Information

Every person and vehicle onsite needs to have a ticket, even if there is no charge for it, eg. Under 13s. This enables us to keep track of numbers and keep within the terms of our license. They are all available on the Eventbrite page linked on the main Bath BodyArt webpage.

As a general rule, there are no ticket refunds, sorry! However, we will consider extenuating circumstances on a case by case basis.

You don't have to bring your printed ticket to the event, but please do check in with an event organiser, either on the gate or at the bar, to get a wristband so we know you are onsite.

Students and Carers are offered a 10% discount if they send proof of status to bathbodyart@gmail.com.

All tickets include camping onsite.

Main Ticket categories:
ADULT
Suitable for anyone over 18. This includes artists, photographers or general attendees.

MODEL
Suitable for anyone over 18 with a minimum commitment of being available for the main body painting day on Saturday.

EARLY BIRD
Early bird tickets are for those buying tickets before 1st March. They also include a Group Ticket for an Artist and Model which saves further money!

STEWARD
Steward tickets are only offered to pre-approved individuals who commit to at least 10 hours of stewarding across the weekend and who must have availability on Friday afternoon/evening and Saturday.

Add Ons (These tickets can be purchased as an add on to an Adult/Model ticket):
TEENS (13-18) and CHILD (Under 13)
Children are welcome, but we do need a ticket for each person on site.

VEHICLE PASS
Each vehicle on site needs to be registered with us for safety and licensing requirements.
